Customer Success Specialist

You'll be the first point of contact for user questions and feedback. This role is lightweight but meaningful — we want someone who genuinely cares about users and can help us close the loop between product and the people using it.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer support, success, or community management
  • Strong written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Comfortable using support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest in apps, games, or digital products is a bonus
