2.1 Web Hosting and Server Log Files
When you visit our website, the web hosting provider automatically stores the following data in server log files:
- IP address (anonymized or full, depending on configuration)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the accessed file
- Referring website (referrer URL)
- Browser type and, where applicable, your device's operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Log data is deleted after at most 30 days.
2.2 Contact Form and Email
If you contact us by email, we store your details (name, email address, message) to process your inquiry and for follow-up questions. The contact form on our website does not send any data to us by itself: it opens your email app with a pre-filled message that you send yourself.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved.
